Outplacement programs
Sometimes even senior professionals are uncertain of where they fit in today's marketplace. If their strengths no longer match emerging needs, they need to understand how and where to reposition themselves to use their full potential. Our outplacement solutions help professionals at every level discover and promote their unique market value.

Executive Select
Premier-level program for the C-level executive featuring individual coaching and a personal "board of directors" advisory team. Led by a dedicated senior consultant, this program supports the exploration of a full range of career options and assures that the executive gains the best possible advice and perspective, as well as ongoing support for the duration of his or her transition.
Go the Distance
This extended program option provides full coaching and support for the duration of an individual's campaign. It is most often used for senior-level executives and managers, long-tenured employees, or individuals for whom an extended search is anticipated. However, the program may be offered to individuals at any level on a customized basis.
Campaign Management
These are open-ended, customized coaching programs in which the candidate and consultant together determine the best use of the specific program services to address the individual's needs and timing. Available for individuals at all levels, campaign management programs typically extend support that significantly exceeds comparable time-limited programs. As a result, they address a variety of staff and budget considerations.
CareerWorks
These one- and two-day workshops build candidate confidence, as well as communication and job search skills. They are designed for participants at any level or in any function, and they are typically supplemented with one-on-one or group follow-up coaching.

Transition consulting
Sensitive or potentially surprising terminations are often occasions to partner with our corporate clients. We offer an objective ear to think through concerns in advance, as well as on-site presence to assist all involved in or impacted by a termination.

Workforce Reduction Planning
This service provides consulting and assistance on proactive layoff, post-acquisition, and business shutdown events. It also includes manager training as needed.
On-Site Transition Support
Through private meetings held at your offices, our consultants meet with terminated employees on a private basis to offer immediate emotional support, introduce outplacement services, and offer initial counsel on what to do, what not to do, and the best ways to exit the organization.
Change Management
Consulting and training to address the concerns of managers and employees in the midst of a significant organization change. The intention is to help people accept change quickly and respond in a productive way. Change management may or may not be related to a termination event.
