Lee is the founder and architect of The Brighton Group. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, management, executive search, and outplacement consulting, Lee has worked extensively with senior management in wide-ranging organizations. He holds a Master's Degree from Oregon State University.

Jacquie brings over twenty years of Fortune 500 leadership experience to the practice. Consistently recognized among her peers nationally, Jacquie brings a rich blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, practice savvy and bottom line business sense to our leadership development and career management practice. Having led projects and initiatives servicing corporate clients nationally, Jacquie is familiar with the importance of quality and timeliness in deliverables and service offerings. An experienced facilitator on a national and regional level, she has also mentored new executives and participated in the formulation of international leadership development programs. Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina, Canada.

Jeff is a significant contributor at The Brighton Group in service delivery, program design, and product development. He also leads the leadership development service. Jeff brings eight years of executive management success and more than 18 years of career consulting expertise to his clients. He has authored numerous articles on career and human resources development and is a recognized seminar presenter. Jeff holds an M.A. from the University of Michigan.

With more than 20 years of human resources, recruiting, and outplacement experience in a wide variety of organizational settings, Susan has contributed significantly to the strengthening of our transition consulting practice, particularly with complex and sensitive assignments. She holds an M.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University and has served on its Board of Regents.
